Colors rotated 3 times
This tutorial is for those that have a working knowledge
of PSP. This tutorial was written by me on August 14, 2018 and any resemblance
is purely coincidental. I use PSP 9, but any version should work. I do not
allow my tutorials to be translated and please do not claim them as your own.
If you would like to share the tutorial, please send a link to my blog. Thank you!

We are going to select the lines on
the right one at a time and fill them with our 3 colors rotating the colors
until all lines are filled

Now you can merge all the same
colors together if you wish at this time (We can use Manual color correction to
change them for the changes in the future steps)

colored lines if you want
38.)

using your manual color correction change/rotate the colors of your bars on the
right side
46.)
Copy Merged one more time and paste
as a new frame in Animation Shop
47.) Repeat step 45 and 46 one more time for a 3rd frame, so that our colors will rotate in order (I truly hope this makes sense, if not please contact me)
47.) Repeat step 45 and 46 one more time for a 3rd frame, so that our colors will rotate in order (I truly hope this makes sense, if not please contact me)
48.)
Change your frames speed to 35 and
view your animations to see if you like your results- You can keep rotating
images in PSP until you have the desired effect of your liking
49.)
Save as a gif and you are done…
