This tutorial is for those that have a working knowledge of PSP. This tutorial was written by me on June 8, 2018 and any resemblance is purely coincidental. I use PSP 9, but any version should work. I do not allow my tutorials to be translated and please do not claim them as your own. If you would like to share the tutorial, please send a link to my blog.  Thank you!

Things Needed:
·         Tube/Image of choice: I am using the art of the talented Anna Liwanag which you can purchase from CDO (Do NOT use her works without obtaining a license from CDO and purchasing art/tubes legally!!!!!)
·         Kit of choice: I am using a PTU Kit called Vintage Birthday by Pink Paradox Production which can be found HERE
·         Plugins: None
·         Masks: I am using a Dragonfly Mask Mask_Viv_0038.jpg which you can find this and many others HERE
·         Template: No Template
·         Font of Choice
·         Animation, or other items used: I used Animation 89 by Rebel Designs (Rene Kunert) which is part of this epic package HERE

Let’s Begin:
1.)    Open a new image 800 x 800 (this will be called our working image) and we can resize at the end
2.)    Open Vintage Birthday Frames (3).png and resize by 50% and paste as a new layer on our working image
3.)    Rotate by 90% to the right
4.)    With your magic wand click within the frame layer now
5.)    Selections-Modify-Expand by 15%
6.)    Create a new raster layer and send to the bottom
7.)    Open paper of your choosing (I am using paper13)
8.)    Copy paper layer and right click our working image
9.)    Paste into selection
10.) Open your tube at this time and paste as a new layer resize if necessary, and move to your liking
11.) Once you have your tube to your liking add a nice drop shadow to both your tube and the frame layer
12.) Open Vintage Birthday (106).png resize by 50% and move to the bottom right of our frame (you might have to trim away at the stem)
13.) Duplicate this layer
14.) Image- Mirror
15.) Add a soft drop shadow to these two layers now
16.) Open Vintage Birthday (97).png and resize by 50 % and then again by 50%
17.) Paste as a new layer on our working image and move it to the center of the other flowers
18.) Open Vintage Birthday (105).png and resize by 50 %
19.) Paste as a new layer on our working image
20.) Duplicate- Image- Mirror-
21.) Add your drop shadow to these couple of layers now
22.) Open Vintage Birthday (112).png and resize by 50% and paste as a new layer and move it below our tube layer
23.) Duplicate it again and move it to the middle of the frame so it comes off the other side of the tube
24.) Open Vintage Birthday (68).png and resize by 50%
25.) Image- Rotate- Free Rotate
26.) Rotate by 90 % to the left
27.) Using the deform tool rotate this key slightly and to your liking
28.) Add a drop shadow
29.) At this time, you can add any additional elements you like
30.) Merge visible
31.) Copy your working image and paste as a new image
32.) Now resize by 75%
33.) Open paper of choice and paste as a new layer
34.) Send to the bottom
35.) Open your mask in PSP
36.) Layers- New Mask Layer from Image
37.) Make sure your mask is selected in the drop down Box
38.) Apply the mask
39.) Merge Group
40.) Add your copyrights- (Again please do not use art your do not have the right to use)
41.) New Raster layer
42.) Flood fill white and send to the botttom
43.) Open in Animation shop along with your animation
44.) Duplicate layers to match your animation (if animation is 25 frames your tag will have to be 25 frames)
45.) Copy your animation layers and paste into selected frames on our original working image on top of one of the sparklers

My Disclosure

My tutorials are just that- Mine.In other words I really don't want them on other sites or translated. If you would like to share my tutorial then please do just that by sharing the link to my blog or a link straight to the tutorial. At the time I write the tutorial I use the artists website at the time as well as the kit designers link at the time and it would take quite some time to go back and edit all of my tutorials and posts to reflect all changes that happen. So if by chance you cant find something or a link I provided has gone bad please contact me and I will do my best to help! I write tutorials in hopes that others will use them as a guide and send me their results so I can also post others results to show people other samples other than my own. All tutorials are written by me and any resemblance is purely coincidental. I write my tutorials in PSP 9 but they should work with other versions as well. Not all tutorials are for beginners but all levels of creators are encouraged to try working on the following tutorials!!! Have fun... and be copyright safe!!!!
