This tutorial is for those that have a working knowledge
of PSP. This tutorial was written by me on June 24, 2018 and any resemblance is
purely coincidental. I use PSP 9, but any version should work. I do not allow
my tutorials to be translated and please do not claim them as your own. If you

Things Needed:

Kit of choice: I am using a PTU kit by LadyHawwk Designs called Indulgent
which is an exclusive at Barbara Jensens store here www.barbarajensentubes.com

Let’s Begin:
1.)
Open a new image 800x800 (this will be called our working image) and we can
resize if you choose to do so.
2.)
Open Frame 2 copy and paste on your working image, rotate to the right by
25%
3.)
Open Element 54 and resize by 50% and paste as a new layer on our working
image towards the bottom of the frame
4.)
Open Element 53 resize by 50% and move to the left of our first flower and
move this layer below the other layer
5.)
Duplicate this layer and move to the right of our first flower
6.)
Open element 21 resize by 50 % and paste as a new layer position it to your
liking and then duplicate it and repeat on the other side
7.)
Add a subtle drop shadow to all but the frame layer I used 0,0,100,5 black
8.)
Open element 41 and resize by 75% and move to the bottom right of our frame
and crop it to look like its hanging off the frame
9.)
Add your drop shadow again
10.)
Using your magic wand and click within your frame
11.)
Selections- Modify- Expand by 10
12.)
Open paper of choice
13.)
On Raster one paste your paper into selection
14.)
Open element 40 and resize by 50%
15.)
Paste on to our working image and move to the bottom layer and move to the
bottom right of our tag
16.)
Duplicate and move to the left side
17.)
Add a drop shadow at this time to both flowers
18.)
Open element 30 and resize by 75%
19.)
Paste as a new layer on our working image and place to your liking
20.)
I duplicated the pearls to have them coming out on both sides of the
flowers
21.)
At this time add your tube to make it look as if it is coming out of the
frame
22.)
I also added more flowers up and around the frame (I love flowers..LOL)

Merge visible once happy with your tag
24.)
Copy your image and paste as a new image
25.)
Resize now by 75%
26.)
Duplicate
27.)
Adjust- blur-gaussian blur- 10
28.)
Now change the top layer to hard light and lower the opacity to your liking
29.)
Open paper of your choice and paste as a new layer and send it to the
bottom
30.)
Apply your mask
31.)
I resized my mask layer by 85%
32.)
Add your copyrights
33.)
Add your name
34.)
