This tutorial is for those that have a working knowledge of PSP. This tutorial was written by me on the 9th day of January 2011 and any resemblance is purely coincidental. I used PSP 9, but any version should work. I do not allow my tutorials to be translated and please do not claim them as your own. If you would like to share the tutorial please send a link to my blog.

Supplies needed:
Tube of Choice: I’m using a tube from Barbara Jensen which you can purchase from her store
Scrap Kit of choice: I am using Winter Angel a PTU Kit from Seven's Scraps which you can purchase from Twilight Scraps

Let’s Begin:
1. Open a new image 600 x 600 we can resize later
2. Using your selection tool draw out a small rectangle
3. Open paper of your choice at this time
4. Move the paper around until the portion you like is inside our rectangle
5. Once happy go to Selections- Invert
6. Hit delete on your keyboard one time
7. Select none
8. Open heartstitch01.png
9. Resize by 75%
10. Place along the top of our rectangle
11. Crop off excess hearts
12. Sharpen
13. Duplicate – Image – Flip
14. Now move across the bottom of our rectangle
15. Sharpen
16. Add a drop shadow to the hearts
17. Open snowflake of choice ( I used 7S_WinterAngel_snowflake06.png)
18. Paste as a new layer on our working image
19. Move to the left of our rectangle (make sure our snowflake is the top layer)
20. Open 7S_WinterAngel_rose01.png and resize by 75%
21. Paste as a new layer on top of our snowflake
22. Open 2 leaves of your choice ( I used 2 and 4)
23. Resize both by 65% and again by 85%
24. Paste the first leaf as a new layer and using your deform tool rotate slightly to the right
25. Sharpen
26. Add drop shadow
27. Now add your second leaf flip and rotate to your liking at the bottom of our rose
28. Now move both leaf layers down below our rose layer
29. Open 7S_WinterAngel_splashes01.png and resize by 50%
30. Paste as a new layer to the left of our tag and send to the bottom
31. Duplicate – Image- Mirror
32. You may have to slightly move this one to place to your liking
33. Open 7S_WinterAngel_fan01.png and rotate to the right by 90 degrees
34. Place this at the top of our working image
35. Duplicate this layer
36. Image- Flip
37. Image- Mirror
38. Move to your liking
39. Now move these two fan layers below our rectangle layer so that the edges are hidden under the rectangle
40. Select your rectangle layer now
41. Selections- select all
42. Float- defloat
43. Selections- invert
44. Now open your tube
45. Place your tube to your liking over the rectangle

My Disclosure

My tutorials are just that- Mine.In other words I really don't want them on other sites or translated. If you would like to share my tutorial then please do just that by sharing the link to my blog or a link straight to the tutorial. At the time I write the tutorial I use the artists website at the time as well as the kit designers link at the time and it would take quite some time to go back and edit all of my tutorials and posts to reflect all changes that happen. So if by chance you cant find something or a link I provided has gone bad please contact me and I will do my best to help! I write tutorials in hopes that others will use them as a guide and send me their results so I can also post others results to show people other samples other than my own. All tutorials are written by me and any resemblance is purely coincidental. I write my tutorials in PSP 9 but they should work with other versions as well. Not all tutorials are for beginners but all levels of creators are encouraged to try working on the following tutorials!!! Have fun... and be copyright safe!!!!
