Irish Eyes are Smiling
***Unfortunately I have to have a background on the tag so that the animation doesnt destroy the tag, and distort it horribly. If anyone knows a way around this oh please do tell! 10 years in Paint Shop Pro and still dont know a way around this, which is why I hardly ever make animated tags unless they are forum tags!!! ***
This tutorial is for those that have a
working knowledge of PSP. This tutorial was written by me on March 6, 2013 and
any resemblance is purely coincidental. I use PSP 9, but any version should
work. I do not allow my tutorials to be translated and please do not claim them
as your own. If you would like to share the tutorial please send a link to my
blog. Thank you!

Let’s Begin:
1)
Open a new image 600 x 600 transparent – I will
refer to this as our working image

Open CBJ_IW_Frm1.png and resize by 50% and again
by 75%
3)
Copy this frame and paste as a new layer on our
working image
4)
Click inside the frame using your magic wand
(make sure all crevices are selected as well)
5)
Selections- modify-expand by 2
6)
Open paper of your choice at this time and paste
as a new layer on our working image
7)
I used CBJ_IrishWishesP4.jpg
8)
Open CBJ_IW_Leaves2.png and resize by 50% twice
9)
Paste as a new layer on our working image
10)
Place to the bottom right of our frame
11)
Duplicate this layer
12)
Image—Mirror
13)
Now place so that the two leaves images touch
14)
Merge—Merge Down
15)
Add a nice drop shadow to your leaves (I used 2,2,100,5,black)
16)
Open CBJ_IW_Blossom.png and resize by 50% twice
17)
Now copy and paste as a new layer on our working
image
18)
Position to your liking on the right side
19)

20)
Image—Flip
21)

working image
33)
Open CBJ_IW_Scatter.png and resize by 50% and

34)
Place to your liking and duplicate if you so
desire and go to image—flip and move and

35)
Open your tube at this time and place to your
liking resizing if necessary
36)
Once happy go to merge visible.
37)
Now add your text and copyrights at this time
38)
If you are happy with your tag at this time save
it as a .jpg
If you
want to add animation to your tag please continue on:
Okay so the easiest way I know how to explain this might
confuse some and if you need help please don’t hesitate to write to me and ask
and I will gladly help!
39)
Open your animation in animation shop
40)
Also open up our tag in psp (the one you saved
as a png)
41)
Okay so you need to look at your animation and
see how many frames it has
42)
I used Simones animation #282 and it has 21
frames
43)
So at this time I am going to duplicate my tag
until it also has 21 frames
44)
Once you have your tag layers set to 21 frames
–edit—select all
45)
Repeat this with our animation frame
46)
Now go to edit—copy while you have your
animation highlighted
47)
Now go to your tag in animation shop and make it
the active in animation shop
48)
Edit—Paste into selection
49)
Now carefully place your animation where you
want it to be on your tag (you might have to resize your animation to fit your
tag)
50)
Once you place your animation within in your tag
it will be placed within all your layers
51)
Now go to view—animation if happy with your tag now you will want to
save once again
