Blue Eyes Tutorial

This tutorial is for those that have a working knowledge of PSP. This tutorial was written by me on January 27, 2019, and any resemblance is purely coincidental. I use PSP 9, but any version should work. I do not allow my tutorials to be translated and please do not claim them as your own. Things Needed:

·         Tube/Image of choice: I am using the work of the talented Colourbelle www.colourbelle.com which can be purchased from CDO here: https://www.cdoestore.com/product-p/colourbellepackage-160.htm

·         Kit of choice: No Kit Needed

·         Plugins: Muras Meister Copies, Filters Unlimited with VM Distortion and VM Extravaganza imported 

·         Masks: none

·         Template: none

·         Font of Choice: any font you would like to use

·         Animation, or other items used:

Let’s Begin:

1.) Open a new transparent image 650 x 250

2.) Selections- Select all

3.) Open your tube and paste into selection

4.) Select None

5.) Effects- Muras Meister Copies with the following settings

    ***

          

6.} Adjust- Blur-Gaussian Blur- Radius of 10

7.) Effects- Filters Unlimited- VM Distortion- Circulator II with the following settings

    ***  

8.) Effects- Filters Unlimited- VM Extravaganza- Picture in a picture with the following settings

    ***   

9.) Paste your tube as a new layer and move into placement of choice

10.) Effects 3D Effects Drop shadow I used -5, 5, 50, 5, Black shadow on new layer Unchecked

11.) Image- Add Borders- Symmetric size 1 Black

12.) Image- Add Borders- Symmetric size 3 in color of choice

13.) Image- Add Borders- Symmetric size1 Black

14.) Add your copyrights and text

15.) Quick and simple yet makes a pretty cool tag 😉
