Neon Star


This tutorial is for those that have a working knowledge of PSP. This tutorial was written by me on the 27th day of December 2010 and any resemblance is purely coincidental. I used PSP 9, but any version should work. I do not allow my tutorials to be translated and please do not claim them as your own. If you would like to share the tutorial please send a link to my blog.

Supplies needed:
• Tube of Choice: I’m using a tube from Ismael Rac which you can purchase Here
• Scrap Kit of choice: I am using Bitch a PTU Kit from Scraps with Attitude Collab by Missy and Tammy which you can purchase from here.
• Plugins: Muras Meister Copies,
1. Open a new transparent image 600 x 250
2. Open the bitchGlassGlitterStar3.png
3. Resize by 50% and again by 60%
4. Paste as a new layer on our working image
5. Apply Muras Meister copies using the Line(rotate) at default setting
6. Open paper of choice and paste as a new layer
7. Move below our glitter star layer
8. Move our star line down towards the bottom of our tag
9. Open TS_BitchSide Border1 and rotate by 90
10. Paste as a new layer on our working image
11. Move towards the top and add drop shadow of your liking
12. Open TS Bitch Eyelet Ribbons2 and resize by 50%
13. Rotate by 90 degrees
14. Paste on our working image
15. Move towards the top and add drop shadow of choice
16. Open tube of choice and paste as a new layer
17. Place tube to your liking
18. Add any other elements of your choosing at this time
19. Once content with your tag highlight your top layer
20. Add a new raster layer
21. Selections- Select all
22. Selections- Modify Contract by 2
23. Selections- Invert
24. Fill with color of your choosing
25. Select None
26. Add your copyright information
27. Export as a JPG that’s it we are done

My tutorials are just that- Mine.In other words I really don't want them on other sites or translated. If you would like to share my tutorial then please do just that by sharing the link to my blog or a link straight to the tutorial. At the time I write the tutorial I use the artists website at the time as well as the kit designers link at the time and it would take quite some time to go back and edit all of my tutorials and posts to reflect all changes that happen. I write tutorials in hopes that others will use them as a guide and send me their results so I can also post others results to show people other samples other than my own.
